Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase on all items outside of those marked "Final Sale" and any opened underwear. Opened underwear is not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Underwear includes men's boxer briefs, boxers and women's thongs and underwear.
For an item to be eligible for a return it must be in its original condition including but not limited to being unworn, undamaged, unwashed and has the original tags still intact.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and we do not provide shipping return labels. Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping. We also do not offer refunds for shipping fees on the original order.
Once an item is confirmed eligible for a return or exchange by Sorted, the customer must send the item back to Sorted within 14 days or else the eligibility for a return or exchange expires.

Order Policy, Damages and Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Given the holidays and gift giving season all items are eligible for an exchange through the end of January outside of any products marked "Final Sale" or opened underwear. To be eligible for an exchange an item must in its original condition including but not limited to being unworn, undamaged, unwashed and has the original tags still intact.
Once an item is confirmed eligible for a return or exchange by Sorted, the customer must send the item back to Sorted within 14 days or else the eligibility for a return or exchange expires.

Final Sale Policy
All Items in a "Final Sale" section or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. These items are sold as-is and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.
Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our product, so if quality issues arise within 60 days of purchase please contact hello@mail.sortedlifestyle.com and we are happy to replace or refund garments subject to availability.
If a refund ends up being approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@mail.sortedlifestyle.com.
